The Pursuit of Happiness

What is happiness? Is it contentment? Is it excitement? Is it easy to achieve or does it need a lot of effort? Is it a moment in time or can it last, maybe for an entire life? Can you recognise it when you have it or do you acknowledge it only when you lost it? Is it real or is it just a mirage?
Happiness has been probably the most analysed subject over the course of human history. Many philosophers, theologians, psychologists and even scientists have discussed it, many books have been written about it, a few new professions have appeared because of it.
We at Altersize believe that happiness can be achieved through the elevation of your body, mind and soul. Nurture all of them! They are all part of you! They interact with each other, they affect each other.
We think that taking care of your body, mind and soul should be a daily routine; it should be your way of life. By doing this you can ensure easier paths for other parts of your life.
A few things your daily routine should contain:
- Exercise, get plenty of sleep, breathe deeply. Your body is your tool. Keep it healthy and strong!
- Meditate, live your life with passion, live in the present. Your mind is your compass. Keep it clear!
- Be grateful, smile more, spend more time with loved ones. Your soul is you. Love yourself!
