Our browser-first approach
Where a tool supports local processing, the selected file remains in the browser and is not uploaded to PDFMaster Pro. Optional account history stores tool names, counts, byte sizes, status, and timestamps—not file contents. Any future cloud workflow will be identified before processing begins.
Accuracy and limitations
Document results depend on source quality, fonts, encryption, browser memory, and format complexity. Users should inspect important outputs before sharing, printing, signing, or deleting an original. PDFMaster Pro does not represent an automated conversion as a substitute for professional review.
Security and responsible use
Use only files you own or are authorized to process. Keep browsers updated, use HTTPS, protect account credentials, and avoid shared devices for confidential work. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported privately through the security contact process.
Accessibility and compatibility
Interfaces are designed for current desktop and mobile browsers with responsive layouts, semantic controls, keyboard operation, and visible status messages. Some large or complex workflows work best on a desktop device with adequate memory.

Acceptance of terms
By accessing PDFMaster Pro, creating an account, or using a tool, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy, Cookie, Community, and applicable product policies. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for account activity, credential security, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Verification codes are confidential. We may require verification, suspend suspicious sessions, or reject automated registrations to protect users and the service.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful personal or organizational document tasks involving files you own or are authorized to process. You remain responsible for the source, instructions, output review, retention, sharing, accessibility, and compliance obligations connected with your documents.
Prohibited conduct
You may not process unlawful or infringing material, distribute malware, bypass rate or access controls, probe systems without authorization, scrape protected data, impersonate others, interfere with availability, misuse OTP services, or use outputs to deceive, harm, or violate another person’s rights.
Files and output responsibility
Local tools operate on the files selected in the browser. Results can differ because of source quality, encryption, fonts, layout complexity, browser limits, and format behavior. Keep originals and inspect outputs before relying on them. PDFMaster Pro does not guarantee that an automated conversion is complete, legally sufficient, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in content you lawfully process. You grant only the limited rights required to provide an explicitly enabled server or cloud feature. PDFMaster Pro software, branding, interface, documentation, and original editorial content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses.
Third-party services
Hosting, OTP, email, cloud, payment, and identity features can depend on third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, and geographic limits also apply. A link or integration does not make PDFMaster Pro responsible for an independent provider’s content or conduct.
Plans and payments
If paid plans are offered, the checkout page will state price, billing interval, taxes, included usage, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. Users must provide authorized payment information. Abuse, unusually burdensome use, or chargeback fraud may lead to limits or suspension consistent with the published plan.
Availability and changes
We aim for dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features can change for security, legal, performance, provider, or product reasons. Release notes identify shipped changes. Roadmap entries are non-binding plans and should not be used as a guarantee of a future capability or date.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFMaster Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use, inability to use, lost files, conversion differences, or third-party services. Mandatory consumer and statutory liabilities remain unaffected.
Indemnity
Where permitted, an organizational or commercial user agrees to defend and indemnify PDFMaster Pro against third-party claims arising from unlawful content, unauthorized files, infringement, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply where prohibited or caused by PDFMaster Pro’s own legally established misconduct.
Suspension and termination
Users can stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal obligation, or harm to users or infrastructure. Provisions that by nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—continue after termination.
Governing terms and contact
